Alaskan Sockeye Salmon w/ Pesto

3 tablespoons pine nuts
2 cups fresh basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2-3 cloves of garlic
pinch of salt
whole sockeye salmon filleted, pin bones removed
Combine all ingredients, except salmon, into a food processor. Process until smooth and fragrant
Turn on broiler to medium, medium-high. Let broiler warm up while you prepare the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets on a cookie sheet, skin side down. Spread all the pesto over the top of the salmon fillets evenly.
Broil the salmon for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon has an internal temperature of 145F
