Parmesan Peas

4-6 servings

  • 12 oz frozen peas

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • salt and pepper


Heat peas in a saucepan over medium heat. While peas are heating up, add in the mustard, butter, lemon juice, garlic powder. Salt & pepper to taste. The parmesan cheese is slightly salty, so don’t over salt.

When peas are heated through, remove the saucepan from the heat and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
